Can you customise our newsletter?

Yes. We are able to design and build a custom template for your email newsletter to suit your existing website and businesses corporate image. This will re-inforce your branding and continue to build a strong and successful business image.

How do I add subscribers?

Subscribers can be added manually or imported via a CSV file. A CSV file can be exported from many spreadsheet applications such as Open Office Calc which is free to download from www.openoffice.org If you supply us with a spreadsheet file from other applications such as Microsoft Excel we can import the database of subscribers when we first setup your elementMAIL account. We can also add a 'newsletter sign-up' form to your website.

How do I access my elementMAIL account?

When we have setup your elementMAIL account you will be sent the login details to access your account. As elementMAIL is installed on our managed web server. You can access your email manager from any where in the world that has internet access.

Simply browse to the supplied web address, then login with your supplied login and password.
